Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates (United Kingdom)

We offer the following shipping options for domestic delivery within the UK:

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99 (Transit Time 2–4 working days after dispatch)
  • Express Shipping: £5.99 (Transit Time 1–2 working days after dispatch)
  • Orders over £60: FREE (Transit Time 2–4 working days after dispatch)

Please note: Estimated Delivery Time refers to the time it takes for the courier to deliver your package after it has left our premises. In accordance with UK law, if you have not received your goods within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your shipping method includes tracking, this email will contain a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@rewearclub.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Missing or Lost Packages

Once we transfer products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or your local delivery office. Rewear Club Ltd is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. If you cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@rewearclub.co.uk so we can assist you in opening a claim with the courier.
