Refund policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Security Tags

Many of our items are shipped with a 'Rewear Club' security tag. Removal of this tag constitutes your final acceptance of the item's condition and authenticity. Items returned with the security tag removed or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.

Mystery Boxes

To be eligible for a refund on a Mystery Box, the entire box and all its original contents must be returned together. We do not accept partial returns or exchanges for individual items within a Mystery Box. Items must be returned with all original tags intact. If items are returned used or with tags removed, we reserve the right to deduct a diminished value fee from your refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@rewearclub.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a link to purchase a return shipping label. Please note that return postage is at the buyer's expense. No restocking fees are applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Because we sell pre-loved items, minor wear consistent with the disclosed condition grade is expected and does not constitute a defect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags (including security tags) attached.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
