Cancellation policy
Subscription Services
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery.
- Managing Your Subscription: You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription are provided in your order confirmation emails, or you can log in to your account on our website.
- Cancellation Deadlines: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If a cancellation is made after a box has been processed for dispatch, that final delivery will be fulfilled, and the cancellation will apply to the following period.
Standard Orders
For one-time purchases (non-subscription items), we aim to process orders quickly.
- Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@rewearclub.co.uk. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
- After Dispatch: If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. You may return the item within 14 days of receipt, provided all security tags remain intact.
Mystery Box Subscriptions
Subscription-based Mystery Boxes are subject to the same "Full Return" rules as one-time Mystery Boxes. If you choose to return a subscription delivery, the entire box must be returned in its original condition with all Rewear Club tags attached.
