SECTION 2 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY

Pre-Loved Nature: We specialise in pre-loved and vintage items. All items are manually inspected. By purchasing, you acknowledge that pre-loved items may show minor signs of wear consistent with their age and disclosed grade. Such wear does not constitute a fault.

Authenticity Guarantee: Every item undergoes a multi-point inspection. In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be non-authentic by a reputable third-party authentication service, our sole liability is to provide a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping costs. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of purchase with written evidence.

Security Tags: Many items are shipped with a 'Rewear Club' security tag. Removal of this tag constitutes your final acceptance of the item's condition and authenticity; once removed, the item is no longer eligible for a change of mind return.

SECTION 4 - MYSTERY BOXES

Contents: Mystery Box items are selected at random based on the size selected. You acknowledge that subjective dislike of the assortment does not constitute a fault.

Full Returns Only: To receive a refund for a Mystery Box, the entire box and all its original contents must be returned in the condition received. We do not accept partial returns or exchanges on individual items within a box.

Value Deduction: As permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if items are returned with tags removed or signs of use, we reserve the right to deduct a diminished value fee (up to 100%) from your refund.

SECTION 5 - FORMATION OF CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to buy. A legally binding contract is only formed when we dispatch your goods and send a Shipping Confirmation. Any previous Order Confirmation is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute a legal acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to: pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

SECTION 6 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are shown in GBP (£). Unless stated otherwise, prices include taxes but exclude shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after an order acknowledgement has been sent. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 7 - RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Notification: You must notify us at Info@rewearclub.co.uk within this 14-day window.

Returns: You have a further 14 days to return the items at your own expense. Items must be in the exact condition received with all Rewear Club tags intact.

Exemptions: For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings cannot be returned if the packaging/seal is broken.

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. If we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

All content on this site (brands, text, images) is owned by REWEAR CLUB LTD. You may not reproduce or distribute any material without our prior written consent.

SECTION 10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY UK LAW, REWEAR CLUB LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE GOODS.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
