Request a Return


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rewear Club. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Before You Request a Return

Please ensure your item meets the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

  • Security Tags: If your item arrived with a "Rewear Club" security tag, it must still be attached and untampered with. Removal of this tag constitutes your final acceptance of the item's condition and authenticity.
  • Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition as received—unworn, unwashed, and with all original designer tags (if applicable) intact.
  • Mystery Boxes: We only accept returns for the entire Mystery Box. We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for individual items within a box. All items must be returned together with their respective tags.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Email Us: Send an email to info@rewearclub.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. Ship It Back: Once accepted, we will provide you with a link to purchase a return shipping label. Please note that return postage is at the buyer's expense.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Important Notes

  • Return Window: Following your request, the items must be back with us within a further 14 days.
  • Faulty Items: If you believe your item is faulty or was misrepresented (beyond the disclosed pre-loved wear), please include photos in your email so we can prioritise your case.
  • Exemptions: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned if the packaging or hygiene seal has been broken.
