How fast do you ship?
Most orders are dispatched within 24–72 hours from the UK. During peak periods, dispatch can take slightly longer.

Do you ship across the UK?
Yes. We ship throughout the UK. Delivery speeds depend on your selected shipping option at checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes—once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking via email (where available for the chosen service).
Returns
How do returns work?

Can I return a Mystery Box?
Mystery Boxes are curated and classified differently from single-item orders. Returns eligibility depends on the product’s terms and the reason for return.
If something is genuinely incorrect or faulty, contact us via Contact and we’ll resolve it properly.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to amend an order, contact us as soon as possible via Contact. Once an order is dispatched, changes are usually not possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?
Contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll review and make it right in line with your statutory rights and our returns process.
Condition & Grading
What does “pre-loved” mean?
Pre-loved means second-hand. Items may show minor signs of wear consistent with previous use. We curate for wearable quality and value.
Do you clean and check items?
Items are quality checked before dispatch. Any notable flaws should be disclosed on the product listing where applicable.
How should I think about sizing?
Second-hand and vintage sizing can vary by era and brand. Where possible, refer to product descriptions and any measurements provided.
Authenticity
Do you guarantee authenticity?

What is the Check Authenticity page?
It routes valid codes or case IDs to the correct third-party verification system (for example, Certilogo / LegitApp) depending on the format of the code.

What is a Rewear Mystery Box?
A Mystery Box is a curated selection of second-hand pieces chosen for wearability and value. Items may include similar categories (for example, multiple hoodies or knitwear) and are not guaranteed to form a complete outfit.
Can I set preferences?
Where the product allows it, we consider preferences. Final contents are curated based on stock availability and your selections.
What should I expect inside?
Expect pieces that fit the category you selected (Basic / Standard / Premium) and are chosen for condition and rewear value—no fast fashion filler.
